I’m Chris…
I’m a project manager with over 10 years of experience in various industries including banking, retail, K-12, higher-ed, public utilities, and high tech.
In addition to my PMP, PMI-ACP, and DASM certifications, I am a Prosci Certified Change Manager and am trained with ITIL and Six Sigma. While my career has largely been focused on technical projects (SAAS implementations, software development, infrastructure operations), I specialize in process analysis and improvement, placing a high priority on customer-friendly efficiency.
