Example Scope Statement: Website Redesign Project
Project Name: XYZ Company Website Redesign
Project Objectives:
- Redesign the current XYZ Company website to improve user experience, accessibility, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Increase website traffic by 25% within six months of launch.
- Enhance mobile responsiveness and ensure compatibility across modern browsers.
Deliverables:
- Updated website design, including a new homepage, about page, and product pages.
- Mobile-friendly layouts and responsive design for all pages.
- Integration of a new content management system (CMS) for easier updates.
- Search engine optimization (SEO) improvements to enhance discoverability.
- Testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality and usability.
Exclusions:
- Content creation for new pages (client will provide all text, images, and videos).
- Ongoing website maintenance and support post-launch.
- Development of additional e-commerce functionalities beyond current requirements.
Milestones:
