The Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is key to any project. It is the way that project managers breakdown the large goals of any project into manageable tasks. This Word Document is an example of a linear hierarchical view to get you started if you don’t have a project management tool. Additionally, I’m including an image of what one looks like if you use something like Canva or Lucid Chart to build one.
