Hey there – I’m Chris
For over 12 years, I’ve been living and breathing project management. My journey has taken me through a whole mix of industries – from education (K-12 and higher ed) and retail, to banking, and even into the fast-paced tech world with companies like Apple. One of the coolest parts? Much of this work has involved leading globally dispersed teams and navigating international projects and programs, which has taught me a ton about making things click across different cultures and time zones.
I’ve had the chance to work with all sorts of project management approaches – Waterfall, Agile (like Scrum and Kanban), Six Sigma, and Change Management! This wide-ranging experience has shown me what works, what doesn’t, and how to adapt. Beyond the hands-on experience, I’m also a firm believer in continuous learning, so I hold several industry certifications like the PMP®, PMI-ACP®, CSM®, DASM®, and I’m a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner. My formal training in ITIL® and Six Sigma methodologies helps round all that out.
And that’s exactly why this website and my YouTube Channel exist! I wanted to create a friendly, down-to-earth space where project management feels approachable, not overwhelming. So, whether you’re totally new to this or just looking to sharpen your skills, my aim is to give you straightforward blog posts, easy-to-digest videos, and super practical downloadable templates that you can actually use.
I genuinely believe that anyone can get better at how they work and boost their efficiency with the right PM skills. I’m all about sharing what I’ve learned to help you get there, and hopefully, build a bit of a community where we can all learn and chat about this stuff.
